What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods, including American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, Shop Pay, Union Pay and Visa.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order by logging into your account on our website. Additionally, once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to track your shipment.

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?

Once an order has been placed, we start processing it immediately. If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@dialed.active. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

What size should I order?

We recommend ordering your true size, as each product is designed with your ideal fit in mind.

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be imposed.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. If you haven’t received the email within 24 hours, please check your junk mail folder. If you're not home to receive the delivery, a card will be left with instructions on where to collect your parcel.

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days (or 25 business days for international orders) after shipping, please contact us at info@dialed.active so we can investigate the issue.

Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes on my international order?

Customs duties and taxes are not included in our prices and may be charged upon delivery. These charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer. If you choose not to pay these fees and your order is returned to us, we will charge an additional shipping cost to resend your order.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase, provided the items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Please contact us at info@dialed.active for return instructions.

What happens if my parcel is held by customs?

Customs may stop your parcel for routine security checks, which could delay delivery. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, and we appreciate your patience.
