Shipping Policy
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
For orders within Australia, we use Australia Post.
Express Domestic: $15.00 (approx. 1-4 days)
Standard Domestic: $10.00 (approx. 2-8 days)
Delivery times mentioned are estimates in business days from when your parcel has been dispatched. These times can be extended due to factors outside of our control. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please reach out to Australia Post with the reference number provided to you. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We deliver to 225+ countries around the world using DHL Express.
Express International: Please refer to checkout for wait times on all international orders.
Prices do not include overseas customs duties, foreign taxes, or other fees that may be imposed; these are the responsibility of the customer. The taxes and duties are typically determined by the value of your order. For further information, please check with your local customs office. If you choose not to pay the taxes and duties and your order is returned to us, we will charge an additional shipping cost to resend your order. Customs have the right to stop your parcel to conduct routine security checks, which may also affect postage times.
Please note that we do not deliver to international PO BOX addresses.
POSTAGE & TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number. Please check your junk mail if you have not received your tracking number within 24 hours. If you are not home to accept your parcel, the item will be carded. Cards will be left at the address supplied and will indicate where your parcel is to be collected from.
If you have not received your parcel within 10 business days (25 for overseas) of your order being shipped, please notify us at info@dialed.online so we can look into the matter.
